Ultimately, these five factors will determine the level of satisfaction that you have with the contractor you choose. Before you hire anyone to take on the important task of remodeling or improving your home you need to know about their dependability, consistency, quality of craftsmanship, customer service, and most importantly their confidence in guaranteeing their work. Most consumers simply assume a job is guaranteed and comes with a standard warranty offering. This is not always the case outside of a Manufacturer’s warranty on the parts that are being installed. Most of the time outside of a 14 day timeline it’s a coin toss as to whether or not most contractors will come back and stand behind their work.
