Welcome to Vision Tool & Manufacturing Joseph T. Bercis and James R. Wilson established Vision Tool & Manufacturing, Inc. in 1995 to produce precision insert tooling required for the metals and plastics processing industries. Through their high quality standards, strong customer service and reliable deliveries, Vision Tool soon earned a reputation of being a multi faceted leader in the Tool and Die industry. In July of 1998 Vision moved from their original 1300 square foot building into their new 7000 square foot, totally climate controlled facility to enable them to expand their machining capabilities, quality control department and personnel to best serve their customers requirements. Vision Tool specializes in precision grinding (+.000050/-.000050) tool steel, carbide and stainless steel, precision milling and EDM services in both Wire and Plunge. Other specialties include producing the highest quality blank and forming dies, standard bolster plates, strippers, punches, dies, carbide tipped and solid carbide long life tooling and spare tooling to customer specifications.
