Willowridge Partners, Inc. manages investment funds that purchase limited partnership interests in venture capital, buyout and other private equity funds on a secondary basis. Founded in 1995, we currently manage approximately $235 million across four investment vehicles dedicated solely to private equity secondaries. Willowridge buys positions in either single funds or portfolios of funds, from both institutional and individual investors seeking to exit fund holdings prior to termination. In total, we have acquired interests in over 240 separate private equity partnerships. Willowridge will buy secondary interests ranging in age from relatively new vintages to those in liquidating trusts, but we generally target more seasoned interests.
